SAN FRANSISCO, CA
BIMBO'S SUPPER CLUB - ESPN
OVERVIEW
The ESPN Saturday Night Supper Club was a thematic night for ESPN to host their top tier VIP guests and Executives. Typically built around a concert setting, this night was reimagined to give guests a throwback
Supper Club dining experience. The team transformed Bimbo's 365 Club into a retro-inspired highly theatrical music experience, offering a distinct cultural counterpoint to the weekend’s sports programming.
Leaning into the venue’s historic character, the evening blended vintage atmosphere with contemporary curation—meaning it combined dining, live music, and stage entertainment in one experience. From guest arrival with venue marquee sign, every detail was thought through: branded espresso martinis, a large ice sculpture with a seafood display, shoe shining, a 3-piece strings band, throwback details with a modern touch and moody venue vibes set the tone for a bold welcome. As guests enjoyed appetizers and a cocktail, the main dining room opened for guests to get seated for the 3-course dinner and show. A house band set the stage and weaved together the additional entertainers–a female vocalists, Motown inspired trio, and tap performers.... All leading up to the headliner Leon Bridges.
The night concluded with a finale performance, cigar girls and guy, roaming entertainment, and dessert carts. The night was crafted to give guests a unique, nostalgic experience with the most premium service and details that only ESPN could deliver on.
