OVERVIEW
The Hospitality Lounge established a refined hospitality anchor at the W Hotel—a dedicated lounge environment designed to host ESPN/Disney+ Executives and VIPs the entire Superbowl Weekend.
Conceived as both a functional workspace, social hub, and place to relax and watch ESPN, the lounge balanced elevated design with all-hour usability and operation. A welcome reception was held the first night where guests could enjoy a DJ and wine tasting from three wineries. A hosted brunch was open prior to the Super Bowl departure and guests were welcome to return to the lounge post-game to enjoy DJ and light bites and hosted beverages. The post-game reception featured the hand over to ESPN as the broadcast. Impactful branding, layered textures, and a warm, editorial aesthetic defined the space, while the continuous food and beverage program ensured a seamless, high-touch experience, allowing for spontaneous interactions throughout the weekend.
The result was a centralized hospitality hub that felt intentional, composed, and quietly essential—hosting and acknowledging the brand’s key partners while simultaneously reinforcing ESPN’s vital role across the breadth of business channels they operate in while offering a sense of calm within the intensity of Superbowl Weekend.
