OVERVIEW

As part of the inaugural League One Volleyball (LOVB) Finals we produced the Champions Ball at Louisville’s Mercury Ballroom, creating an elevated, celebratory gala experience for 120 VIP guests. Arriving on a pink carpet entrance, attendees were welcomed with a media attended step-and-repeat for photos and interviews. Inside, the highly designed space featured award-show-style seating for the finals awards presentation, along with a Glambot activation and a full roster of curated food stations and tray-passed offerings such as Kentucky-style chicken biscuits with hot honey sauce, surf and turf, indulgent dessert stations featuring pink chocolate-covered strawberries, gourmet cookie sandwiches, raspberry crème brûlée, and Mexican chocolate pot de crème. The incredible food was only elevated, as the evening was capped by a crowd-blazing performance by Sweety, while the late-night menu ensured the celebration carried through to the final toast, making it a memorable, multi-sensory experience that honored both the league’s champions and the energy of the LOVB volleyball community.
